Promotion and Progression
At HowNow, we feel offering opportunities for individuals to learn, develop, and progress their career is important. We have a review process that takes place in both April and October.
We have created a Skills Framework that allows individuals to understand the skills needed at each level. As part of the Skills Framework, we’ve made sure that there are routes for those who do not want to manage a team, as well as those who do, as we appreciate there are many routes to progression.
We’re proud to say that we’ve had a number of people progress within the business so far, Two of our former SDR’s are now Account Executives, plus promotions in our Marketing, Product and tech teams. We also offer internal mobility opportunities where business needs match with the career aspirations of individuals. We have had 3 great success stories of those who have transitioned from one role to a new role in the team or Company
