Flexible Working
We believe that our team are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to attracting and retaining the very best talent. We also appreciate that the global workforce is becoming increasingly diverse and includes a high percentage of parents and individuals with caring responsibilities, as well as those whose interests and aspirations impact their time.
We recognise the importance of helping our team balance their work and home lives by offering flexible working arrangements that enable you to balance your work commitments with other priorities. We appreciate that a degree of flexibility in working arrangements can also be crucial in helping you to respond to personal issues, such as caring commitments.
- Our working hours in the UK are typically from 10 am to 6 pm, although we do offer some flexibility around this. In Mumbai, our working hours are from 11 am till 7 pm.
- We offer Wind Down Fridays, which means from 2 pm in the UK, or 3pm in India you will have time away from meetings and emails to unwind, spend time with family, read a book, learn a new skill, language, or exercise.
- The expectation in terms of office attendance in London is twice a week (generally Tuesday and Thursday) and three times a week in our Mumbai office (Monday - Wednesday). We believe this offers a balance between in-person collaboration, whilst balancing outside commitments too.
- We also have a Work From Anywhere policy, that gives our employees the ability to work abroad for up to six weeks per year, split into two weekly occasions.
